  • Do I need a SIM card?

    Unless specified, 

    All Spectrum 4G Cams come with a pre-fitted, fully activated SIM card connected to your chosen network provided and data plan. 


    NO CONTRACT data plans start from just £8.99 per month for approximately 100 hours of monthly streaming video.


    Your first month of data is included free from the date of purchase.

  • Which network provider to choose

    We would suggest physically attending the desired camera location and use your Smartphone to check the signal quality by watching a  ten minute Youtube video without disruption.

  • How long does the battery last with solar?

    The Spectrum 4G Cam has indefinite standby capability without the need for any additional mains powered charging. If the camera is placed in an open environment, with the majority of the sky in view of the camera solar power roof, the camera will continue to operate continuously. 


    A minimum of 60% direct view towards the sky will enable continuous operation. 


    Additional Solar panels chargers can be connected to the camera to increase power gains if required.


    Below is a table showing the percentage of sky seen by the camera solar panel and the amount of viewing minutes per day on average.

    We have chosen Reolink Innovation Limited 3G and 4G Smartphone App and camera infrastructure due to its outstanding mobile loading speeds and subscription free user model.

  • How long does delivery take
